Family Radio Secures A Gotham FM Translator

It is the former licensee of the FM radio station that today is home of "94.7 The Block," an Audacy "Throwback" station focused on hip-hop tunes of the past. Now, Family Radio uses the onetime WLIR and WDRE in Nassau County, N.Y., for WFME. Soon, it will have a Five Boroughs boost, giving it better coverage of Manhattan and Brooklyn.
