REC EZforms allow you to send a request for an application filing to us. EZforms are designed to first determine if an application
needs to be filed with the FCC and then asks some preliminary questions. Once submitted, it will open a ticket in our work flow system
including the information that you had submitted on the form. If we are able to start the process based on the information
provide, we will move to sending an invoice to proceed. If we need more information, we will email you back.
