• 1998 Biennial Regulatory Review, MM Dkt. 98-93, Second Report and Order (1998).  Reduction of §73.215 minimum spacings, redefinition of contours in PR/VI, new service class C0, second-adjacent interfering contour reduced from 80 dBu to 100 dBu (except Class D) and 50% community coverage by NCE stations.
• Southern Rhode Island Public Radio Broadcasting, Inc., NALF, 15 FCC Rcd 8115 (2000). WBLQ fined $1,000 for broadcasting impermissable donor and underwriting announcements.
• Isothermal Community College, MO&O, 16 FCC Rcd 21360 (2001). WNCW admonished for underwriting acknowledgement and public file violations.
• Freeze Announced On The Filing of AM Expanded Band Major Change Applications, Public Notice, 17 FCC Rcd 1806 (2002).
