FCCdata LMS realtime - temporary engineering records

New background processes have been installed that will parse certain FM applications filed in LMS.  The new functionality will look for FM modification and license to cover applications that were just filed and then will access the application in LMS and parse the data to create a temporary engineering record. 

This temporary engineering record will be displayed in the engineering section (left side) of FCCdata and will show most of the basic information collected about the facility. 

Future enhancements will expand the amount of information available and will also attempt to draw contour maps. 

Temporary records are designated by a red T in the engineering section's application header.  

These records are deleted just before 3 AM ET weekdays and should be replaced by full engineering records during the FCC broadcast update cycle that starts at 5 AM ET.
