Within 30 days of the release of the public notice announcing the score, you may file an Informal Objection or Petition to Deny. The Media Bureau will normally only evaluate objections/petitions for the tentative selectee(s) in the MX Group. If the outcome is that a point adjustment is justified, it must go to the full Commission for review and approval through the circulation process. Once a new tentative selectee or selectees are determined, then the Media Bureau can go on to the new tentative selectee(s) that has an objection/petition against it.
