Its Tieline audio roster includes Gateways, ViAs and the Cloud Codec Controller

The "local first" media company with a collection of radio stations in small and mid-sized markets and a growing digital and programmatic profile has entered into a sizable credit agreement with Bank of America, the details of which were provided to the Securities & Exchange Commission on Monday.

SBS says a saboteur on Sunday clipped all of the wires to KROI-FM in Houston's transmitter. RBR+TVBR first learned of the incident on Sunday afternoon, putting the market return of Hispanic radio icon Raul Brindis at SBS's $7.5 million acquisition in an emergency situation. As of 11am Central Monday, Brindis was on the air.
