KTLM-TV, known as “Telemundo 40” to viewers across Texas’s Rio Grande Valley, has named a new News Director. He’ll be joining the NBCUniversal Local’s Telemundo Station Group property on September 29.

It's thanks to an agreement that will give it ownership, pending FCC approval, of a property in Portland, Ore.
