This is a simple retrieval tool that will query the REC database for alerts that have been received through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's IPAWS All Hazards feed. This will include alerts that are intended for the Emergency Alert System (EAS), Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) as well as severe weather related National Weather Service alerts which currently do not go over EAS through IPAWS/CAP. Non-severe weather information (except marine weather) is also available through the NWS feed..

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Oklahoma... Neosho River near Commerce affecting Ottawa County. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Neosho River near Commerce. * WHEN...Until Saturday afternoon. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, moderate agricultural flooding occurs. Riverview Park experiences moderate flooding. State Highway 125 near the fairgrounds will be closed. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 2:30 PM CDT Thursday the stage was 20.1 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 20.2 feet just after midnight tonight. The river is expected to remain near 20.2 feet thru Friday morning. It will then fall below flood stage around midday Saturday. - Flood stage is 15.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
