This is a simple retrieval tool that will query the REC database for alerts that have been received through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's IPAWS All Hazards feed. This will include alerts that are intended for the Emergency Alert System (EAS), Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) as well as severe weather related National Weather Service alerts which currently do not go over EAS through IPAWS/CAP. Non-severe weather information (except marine weather) is also available through the NWS feed..

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Indiana... Illinois... White River from Edwardsport south to Hazleton. Wabash River from Lafayette south to Mount Carmel. ...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in Indiana... Wabash River at Lafayette and Clinton. .Main stems rivers in central and southern Indiana continue to work at emptying last week's copious rainfall. Flooding continues on the Wabash River from Lafayette to Mount Carmel, and on the White River south of Newberry. Flooding will last as long as mid week next week. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wabash River at Vincennes. * WHEN...Until late Tuesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 17.0 feet, Considerable agricultural flooding extends from just north of the junction of Illinois 33 with Business 50 to the St. Francesville, Illinois area. River Road from Lincoln Memorial Bridge to Billett Rd is impassable. Extensive seep water forms behind Illinois levees extending from Russellville to U.S. Highway 50. Flooding of agricultural land begins in Knox County Indiana west of the railroad extending for the Oaktown area to the north side of Vincennes. Extensive flooding of Small Creek. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 AM EDT Friday /9:45 AM CDT Friday/ the stage was 16.7 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:45 AM EDT Friday /9:45 AM CDT Friday/ was 16.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 17.1 feet tomorrow morning.
