This is a simple retrieval tool that will query the REC database for alerts that have been received through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's IPAWS All Hazards feed. This will include alerts that are intended for the Emergency Alert System (EAS), Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) as well as severe weather related National Weather Service alerts which currently do not go over EAS through IPAWS/CAP. Non-severe weather information (except marine weather) is also available through the NWS feed..

Cypress Bayou At Wallace Lake affecting De Soto and Caddo Parishes. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring. * WHERE...Cypress Bayou at Wallace Lake. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 152.0 feet, Expect overflow of some six secondary roadways in the southern Kingston Road area. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 9:00 AM CDT Friday the stage was 152.3 feet. - Bankfull stage is 142.0 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 9:00 AM CDT Friday was 153.0 feet. - Forecast...The river stage is expected to fall to around 152 feet by early Sunday, but additional rainfall anticipated this weekend will likely bring the river stage back up to 156 feet by Tuesday. - Flood stage is 151.0 feet. - Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 152.3 feet on 03/14/2015. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
