This is a simple retrieval tool that will query the REC database for alerts that have been received through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's IPAWS All Hazards feed. This will include alerts that are intended for the Emergency Alert System (EAS), Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) as well as severe weather related National Weather Service alerts which currently do not go over EAS through IPAWS/CAP. Non-severe weather information (except marine weather) is also available through the NWS feed..

Coastal Flood Advisory issued April 19 at 9:57AM EDT until April 20 at 4:00AM EDT by NWS Baltimore MD/Washington DC

* WHAT...Up to one half foot of inundation above ground level in low lying areas due to tidal flooding. * WHERE...Shoreline in St. Marys County. * WHEN...Until 4 AM EDT Saturday, especially around the time of high tide. * IMPACTS...At 3.0 feet, yards are flooded on Saint George Island, and water will begin covering the road leading to the island, especially if there is wave action. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Tides one and a half to two feet above normal. The next high tide at Piney Point is at 12:23 PM and 12:51 AM. The next high tide at Coltons Point is at 12:59 PM and 1:27 AM. The next high tide at Point Lookout is at 11:37 AM and 11:43 PM.
