This is a simple retrieval tool that will query the REC database for alerts that have been received through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's IPAWS All Hazards feed. This will include alerts that are intended for the Emergency Alert System (EAS), Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) as well as severe weather related National Weather Service alerts which currently do not go over EAS through IPAWS/CAP. Non-severe weather information (except marine weather) is also available through the NWS feed..

...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Georgia... Alapaha River At Statenville affecting Echols County. Additional information is available at https://water.weather.gov/ahps2/forecasts.php?wfo=jax. The next statement will be issued Saturday morning at 930 AM EDT. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Alapaha River at Statenville. * WHEN...Until further notice. * IMPACTS...At 92.0 feet, Griner Road in Mayday begins to flood. This isolates 10 homes in the area. Flooding along the road subsides 2 to 3 days after the river crests in Statenville or when the river falls below 96 feet. At 100.0 feet, The boat ramp near the gauge and adjacent parking lot are flooded. At 103.0 feet, Homes along the river in Statenville and Griner Road become inundated. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 8:45 AM EDT Friday the stage was 100.8 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 101.4 feet early Monday morning. - Flood stage is 100.0 feet. - http://www.weather.gov/safety/flood
