73.879 Signal retransmission
LPFM can not retransmit the signal of a full power station however a full power station or a (non-commonly owned) translator can retransmit the signal of an LPFM.

Text of Current Rule
An LPFM licensee may not retransmit, either terrestrially or via satellite, the signal of a full-power radio broadcast station.
