Converted the scripts to translate travel reports for Tokyo Metro, Toei, Tobu and Seibu railways from Microsoft Translate v2 to v3 to address upcoming end of life date.
DIRS has been activated in select counties in TN,. Reporting is voluntary but stations are encouraged to report their status prior to 9AM EST for the previous day while the county remains activated. For more information, see the REC Disaster Information Page.
