In the Matter of Amendment of the Commission's Rules Regarding Implementation of the Final Acts of the World Radiocommunication Conference (Sharm el-Sheikh, 2019) (WRC-19), Revision to Table Mountain Radio Quiet Zone Field Strength Limits
