This is a simple retrieval tool that will query the REC database for alerts that have been received through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's IPAWS All Hazards feed. This will include alerts that are intended for the Emergency Alert System (EAS), Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) as well as severe weather related National Weather Service alerts which currently do not go over EAS through IPAWS/CAP. Non-severe weather information (except marine weather) is also available through the NWS feed..

Wabash River at Montezuma. .Recent rainfall has brought Montezuma back above flood stage this morning with Hutsonville and Riverton also expected to rise above flood stage on Tuesday. Numerous rain showers are expected today before dry weather returns for Tuesday and Wednesday. * WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Wabash River at Montezuma. * WHEN...From this morning to early Friday morning. * IMPACTS...At 14.0 feet, Several hundred acres of bottomlands along the right bank from the mouth of Sugar Creek to northern edge of Montezuma begin to flood. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 10:45 AM EDT Monday the stage was 14.4 feet. - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours ending at 10:45 AM EDT Monday was 14.4 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 15.8 feet early Wednesday morning.
