This is a simple retrieval tool that will query the REC database for alerts that have been received through the Federal Emergency Management Agency's IPAWS All Hazards feed. This will include alerts that are intended for the Emergency Alert System (EAS), Wireless Emergency Alerts (WEA) as well as severe weather related National Weather Service alerts which currently do not go over EAS through IPAWS/CAP. Non-severe weather information (except marine weather) is also available through the NWS feed..

For the Crooked River...including Richmond...Moderate flooding is forecast. * WHAT...Moderate flooding is occurring and moderate flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Crooked River near Richmond. * WHEN...Until early Wednesday morning. * IMPACTS...At 20.0 feet, Low-lying rural roads along with cropland and woodlands flood. At 21.0 feet, Water begins to overtop a gravel road about 1 mile south of the F and B Highway intersection. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 1:30 AM CDT Monday the stage was 25.0 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 25.5 feet this morning.
